1.You should pay your last month’s rent. The security deposit is not to be used as the last month’s rent as it’s designed to be there to cover any “damages” that may have occurred during your tenancy.

2.Once you move out, notify us and we will do a walk thru and take images of any “damages” outside of normal wear and tear which generally is anything larger than a quarter. Then, we will notate any issue and share them with you in a spreadsheet. We are entitled to 3 weeks to return your deposit (minus any “damages”), but will do our best to get that to you sooner!!!! Please share your forwarding address so we can send the refund and any mail to you.

3.Please let us know if there is anything you can think of that we can do to improve the place for the next tenant! We’re always trying to make it the perfect place!

4.If anything is broken, please let us know that as well.

 

5.That’s it! We’re sad you’re leaving, but are excited to hear where life takes you! Lastly, if you’d like to leave a quote about what it’s like to live in one of our units, please feel free… and if you’d like a quote for future landlords, we’re happy to oblige!
