Steps to apply:

1.Fill out the application forms below to apply for tenancy (it’s free!). There are two forms first is the personal details and second is for your references and general information. If you need a guarantor, please have them also fill out the application.

2.Please upload a screenshot of today’s bank or savings account balance which shows your name. (The upload button is below the forms.

3.If all of that looks good, we’ll send you a link to get your credit checked (you’ll directly pay the credit reporting agency).

4.If everything is in order, we’ll do a lease and prorate the rent, if appropriate.Easy. Peasy.
